Mark Latonero is an expert on the role of technology in human trafficking. He has published a number of studies such as the role of big data, mobile, and online technologies in trafficking and migration. Previously he was a professor and research director at USC where he led the Technology and Human Trafficking Initiative. Dr. Latonero completed his Ph.D at University of Southern California and was a postdoctoral scholar at the London School of Economics.
