Graduated in Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, she obtained a specialization in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Iberoamerican University and a master in Criminal Sciences at the National Institute of Penal Sciences (INACIPE). She is the president of Espacios de Desarrollo Integral A.C and national coordinator of ECPAT Mexico. Since 2010 she teaches at INACIPE. She coordinated and presented the Alternative Report to the Initial Report submitted by Mexico to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child (2010), and led the NGO delegation with observer status to support the Initial Report of the Mexican Government (2011). She has carried out and coordinated several studies and publications on prevention and assistance in the field of commercial sexual exploitation of girls, boys and teenagers, including: Autonomía y Libertad.
