Since 2014, Cooperativa sociale On the Road has been accredited by the Marche Region as an Employment Agency. It delivers guidance, employment support and activation of active labour market policies, serving both jobseekers and businesses.

On the Road is seeking a professional to join its Employment Services Area at the San Benedetto del Tronto office, with the aim of strengthening guidance, employment inclusion and training activities for the beneficiaries of the projects and programmes managed by the cooperative. The successful candidate will support people throughout their pathways into employment, working alongside the cooperative’s teams, Employment Centres, local authorities and businesses.

Main activities:

• Support users in completing the administrative and bureaucratic procedures required for employment inclusion, in coordination with Employment Centres;

• Support people during the initial phase of their entry into employment;

• Facilitate the matching of labour supply and demand through matching activities;

• Deliver employment guidance activities and recruitment days;

• Accompany people to companies for introductory meetings and site visits;

• Support people during selection interviews;

• Take part in team meetings to monitor individual pathways and integrate the Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs) implemented across the different projects;

• Participate in awareness-raising, mediation and training meetings;

• Complete forms and use the IT tools provided for recording and monitoring the service’s activities.

Requirements:

• A degree, including a three-year degree, in Political Science, Law, Public Administration, Labour Consultancy, Human Resource Management, Social Work, Sociology or related disciplines;

• Previous, documented experience in the activities described above;

• The ability to build relationships of trust with beneficiaries through an empathetic and respectful approach;

• Problem-solving skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict-mediation abilities;

• Skills in intercultural communication and relationship-building;

• Flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environments;

• Good command of the Microsoft Office package;

• A category B driving licence and willingness to travel by car within the region.

The following will be considered an advantage: holding an OPAL qualification accredited by the Marche Region; experience in managing training and employment inclusion programmes and projects, such as GOL and PUOI PLUS.

Employment conditions:

• Contract: fixed-term, part-time, 35 hours per week, with the possibility of renewal;

• Classification: level D1 under the National Collective Agreement for Social Cooperatives (CCNL Cooperative sociali);

• Expected start date: November 2026;

• Workplace: San Benedetto del Tronto (AP).

Within the limits of the Applicable Legislation, as a Data Subject, the Candidate may at any time ask the Data Controller for access to their Personal Data, or for their rectification or erasure, object to their processing, request restriction of processing, and obtain the data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Under the Applicable Legislation, the Candidate also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if they believe that the processing of the Personal Data collected is contrary to current legislation.

Where consent is not required
