Since 2003 he works as researcher and humanitarian worker for Doctors Without Borders in Italy and abroad. He currently works in the Advocacy Unit of Doctors Without Borders Italy on migration related-issues. Author of Distances. Stories of exile from South Africa of yesterday and today (2014) and Disarmo (2016).
Laura Bartolini is Data Analyst and DTM Focal Point at the Coordination Office for the Mediterranean of the International Organization for Migration in Italy. She
coordinates the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) operations in the country, researching on migrants’ vulnerabilities to exploitation and human trafficking along the Central Mediterranean route and on the interconnections between the type of travel and the specific protection needs of migrants in transit.
Public Prosecutor since 1995, he has been Deputy Prosecutor at the Courts of Ariano Irpino, Perugia and Rieti. Since 2011, he is Deputy Prosecutor at the Court of Rome. He was Vice President of the Commission for the support of victims of human trafficking, violence and exploitation, member of the Commission for the prevention of and fight against female genital mutilation practices, and member of the
Inter-ministerial Committee for Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Debra Budiani-Saberi, Ph.D. is a Medical Anthropologist, the Executive Director and Founder of the Coalition for Organ-Failure Solutions, a Consultant to the United Nations Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and an expert on TPRO via a victim-centered approach. Her work has included an analysis of key stakeholders and actors involved in the organ trade including victims, recipients, medical professionals, religious clerics, laboratories, and the state.
Mark Latonero is an expert on the role of technology in human trafficking. He has published a number of studies such as the role of big data, mobile, and online technologies in trafficking and migration.
Graduated in Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, she obtained a specialization in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Iberoamerican University and a master in Criminal Sciences at the National Institute of Penal Sciences (INACIPE). She is the president of Espacios de Desarrollo Integral A.C and national coordinator of ECPAT Mexico. Since 2010 she teaches at INACIPE.

Between 2000 and 2005 he was Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Platform of Human Rights in Peru and, between 2005 and 2010, Executive Director of the Rights and Development Center. R. Evon Idahosa, Esq. is the founder and Executive Director of Pathfinders Justice Initiative, Inc. (www.pathfindersji.org), a NGO working in Nigeria to eradicate sex trafficking and the sexual exploitation of women and girls. She is a Nigerian native and both an English Barrister and U.S. attorney.
Norbert Cyrus, Social Scientist, is senior researcher at Viadrina Center B/ORDERS IN MOTION in Frankfurt (Oder) and conducts research exploring the relevance and functions of state borders for migration control. Before, he was involved in the EU funded research project DemandAT (Demand-Side Measures Against Trafficking).
