Debra Budiani-Saberi, Ph.D. is a Medical Anthropologist, the Executive Director and Founder of the Coalition for Organ-Failure Solutions, a Consultant to the United Nations Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and an expert on TPRO via a victim-centered approach. She holds a Ph.D. in (Medical) Anthropology from Michigan State University, a M.S. in International Community Health and a M.A. in International Development from Ohio University, a B.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in Religion from Miami University (Ohio).
